Nursery

We finally finished the nursery!

My friend Seeley made that gorgeous quilt.

Most of the artwork I got on Etsy.  These three illustrations are by  Taeeun Yoo.

I looked everywhere for Baroque-ish red frames but couldn't find any so I had frames made and I painted them red myself.

These sweet prints are by Violet May, also from Etsy.

I love this little night light.  It's the J Schatz Egg Lamp and it's a handmade ceramic piece.  The portrait I had commissioned by Pop Pop Portraits (Etsy!) and gave it to David for Christmas.

The piggy bank I spotted back in July when I was selling at the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco.  I was still in my first trimester and didn't want to start buying anything yet.   I couldn't get that little piggy out of my head and I  ended up ordering it finally from Speechless Studios.

This little print is another Etsy find by Danna Ray

The mobile is from Modern Nursery

Oeuf Sparrow crib from Grow in Wicker Park, and Dwell organic sheets!

Now we just need our little bundle to arrive!

I love the Oeuf cribs! But there are just too pricey for us so I think I am going to go with the Babyletto Modo. We like modern furniture...its what happens when you marry and architect from IIT. :)

It's sooo lovely! You did such an amazing job. p.s. I've been wanting to have a pop-up portrait made, as well. Yours is great! xo.

Love your accomplishments in the nursery. The art is perfect for a new little one. The view out the window is divine. Happy baby soon.
