Underlined: The Hours by Michael Cunningham

I loved the book. I loved the movie. (I love all things Virginia Woolf.)
In fact, this is the line that stood out most for me in the film and made me go back into the book to look for it.

"It had seemed like the beginning of happiness, and Clarissa is still sometimes shocked, more than thirty years later, to realize that it was happiness..."
